A meeting was held between the Jordan Hotels Association and Al-Balqa Applied University – College of Tourism, where ways to enhance cooperation between the two parties in developing the skills of youth in Ajloun Governorate in the tourism and hospitality sectors were discussed.

The meeting focused on the importance of involving young people in this sector and identifying the necessary skills, such as resume writing, pre-employment interviews, and practical training.

Both parties agreed on the importance of conducting training in the capital due to the variety and abundance of hospitality establishments, as well as collaborating on studies and awareness workshops to encourage young men and women to work in this field.

The possibility of practical training at the training center affiliated with the Jordan Hotels Association was also explored, aiming to enhance the practical skills of the youth.
